Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 18, 2026
This Policy explains how Primex handles information when you use its websites, Browser App, Telegram Mini App, Primex Chat, AI APIs, cloud services, orders, and support.
Information we process
Depending on the service, Primex may process:
- Telegram account identifiers, profile details made available to the Mini App, language, and referral information;
- email addresses, names, password hashes, sign-in identities, browser sessions, and email verification/recovery records where email sign-in is used;
- account, order, payment-status, balance, subscription, and fulfilment records;
- API keys in protected form, request identifiers, selected models or services, measured units, cost, status, timestamps, and client attribution;
- prompts, files, messages, or other content required to provide the requested AI or hosted-chat function;
- support messages, server configuration, delivery details, and security or abuse-prevention signals; and
- ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser or device data, logs, and cookies or local storage needed to operate the service.
Primex does not receive full card or wallet credentials entered on a hosted payment provider's checkout page.
Why we process it
We use information to authenticate users, provide and bill services, fulfil orders, show usage history, operate support, prevent fraud and abuse, secure and debug the platform, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability.
Providers and international processing
We share information only as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. Relevant recipients may include Telegram, payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, AI model and tool providers, hosting and observability services, and professional advisers or authorities where legally required. AI prompts and inputs are sent to the upstream provider that serves the selected model or capability. These providers may process data in other countries under their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention
We retain account, transaction, billing, security, and audit records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting requirements. No single retention rule applies to every Primex surface:
- Direct API: request content is processed transiently and sent to the upstream serving the selected model or capability. Ordinary request and successful response bodies are not persisted in the Usage ledger. Usage and billing metadata are retained separately, and operational error records may be retained for troubleshooting.
- Temporary API files: pending uploads normally expire after approximately two hours. Finalized API inputs normally expire after approximately 24 hours. Deletion occurs on a periodic cleanup pass, so it may happen after the exact expiry time. The retention period for file metadata after deletion is not currently documented.
- Primex Create: prompts, history records, and generated media normally follow the current 24-hour lifecycle shown in the product.
- Primex Chat: conversations, messages, and extracted document text are stored. Original temporary documents are removed after extraction. Chat media has a separate lifecycle, and no general automatic expiry for Chat content is currently documented. Create's 24-hour lifecycle does not apply to Chat conversations.
- Playground: the Browser App may keep small, non-secret drafts and results in same-tab browser session storage across reloads. It does not persist files, API keys, session tokens, binary/base64 content, or oversized results there. This is browser-local state, not server-side content retention.
Backups and security logs may persist after data is removed from active systems. Retention periods for usage, billing, support, Chat, and general operational logs are not currently documented.
Security
Primex uses access controls, protected credential storage, audit logs, and other technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No system is completely secure. Protect your email and Telegram accounts, passwords, API keys, and delivered credentials, and contact support promptly if you suspect compromise.
Your choices and requests
You can review AI usage and account activity in Primex, rotate or delete API keys, and delete supported Chat or Create content through the relevant controls. For account or data requests, or to raise a privacy concern, submit a support ticket. Available actions depend on the data and product surface involved. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required for security, transactions, legal obligations, or the rights of others.
Children
Primex is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to these Terms in their jurisdiction. Do not use the service if you lack legal capacity to enter the agreement or required guardian consent.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
