Policies

Acceptable use​

Primex is a shared gateway to third-party AI providers. By using the API you agree to use it lawfully and in line with the upstream providers' acceptable-use policies (OpenAI/Azure, Anthropic, xAI, Mistral, DeepSeek, Moonshot, Cohere, Black Forest Labs, and others). Do not use Primex to generate illegal content, to harass or harm others, to violate others' privacy or IP, or to attempt to circumvent provider safety systems.

Data & privacy​

  • Inputs are sent to the upstream provider that serves the selected model or capability. Different services may use different upstreams and data lifecycles; those providers apply their own terms and privacy policies.
  • Primex records usage and operational metadata for billing, support, abuse prevention, and reliability. Customer-visible usage details are available on the Usage page.
  • Data retention is product-surface specific. Direct API requests, temporary files, Primex Create, Primex Chat, and browser-local Playground state do not share one lifecycle. See the Privacy Policy.
  • Routing modes describe routing behavior where supported. They do not by themselves guarantee provider training practices, retention, geographic processing, or data residency.
  • Do not send secrets you are not comfortable transmitting to a third-party model provider.

Fund protection​

Failed requests aren't billed. Successfully delivered usage is metered, including usable output delivered before a later stream error. See Billing & Credits for details.
